Yesterday was my 2nd tag call. *sigH* byk jgak la referral but mostly yg x pyh pg spital pon. The thing about tag call is you have somebody to report to. But it was ok I guess. And today I'm on leave!! Not like lama giler dah x cuti. hehe but nak jugak excited.

Was supposed to go renew my roadtax & insurance tp org kat bank tu pulak meeting. Whole day meeting katanye. So how? Takpe esok pegi lagi.

Two weeks plus now, I'm still finding my way, but I (think I am) surviving. Enjoying it too!

Recollection

It's 2012!!!

And to me it also means a whole new beginning.
Tomorrow is the last day of my housemanship. But as I was already on leave since 30/12, I'll just consider 29/12 as my last day.

I will be starting my MOship in radiology. *scary*... but that's what I want I guess. I am not too sure about it actually but of course I cant tell anyone about it.
My 2 years was typical HO years, but no harm in writing a recollection.

ORTHO
My first posting, eventhough most would say Ortho was a relaxed and easy posting, to me it wasn't. I remember during tagging, I'd come home crying because I was so tired. Not only from the ward work, but because i dared not sit down even for a while! There were too many things to learn and I didn't think I could cope. After a while, it still wasn't ok. Hehe. Thoughts of quitting came by often, but somehow I persevered.

I met friends then, friends who stayed with me throughout. The only good thing.

MEDICAL
They say, coming from ortho, you're like a first poster still because apparently they think we learn nothing in ortho. In a way, true. But at least we learned how to fill forms and how to refer there. Medical was a totally new world. It was the 2nd best posting for me. After surgery. I learned a lot and everyone was very eager to share. Workload was far more compared to ortho, but I enjoyed everyday eventhough I had to go home at 8pm (I'd be crappy because I'm tired, but the satisfaction is there, u see)

Cardiac rotation was my favorite. Bosses were amazing. TQ medical.

O&G
I'd say my HO rotations were ups and downs in alternating orders. This posting was another hell especially in the beginning. Everyone was so stressed because they were so many medicolegal issues. So u have to be really careful at work. This is a department where they practise fingerpointing a lot. They're always looking for somebody to blame. But towards the end, when they have learned to trust you, it was kinda nice. I was actually sad to leave the department, because the MOs were actually nice.

SURGERY
This was my favourite posting. I wouldnt say much because of it consists of my memories of him. I'll explain in another post and you'll understand why I wont elaborate.

PAEDS
I dreaded going to paeds, and I was ecstatic to leave. I almost got myself extended, because I failed my assesment. Glad I got through the reassesment. Everyone is horrible, yes I mean it. They scream at u as if ure not human. They do. And you'd think they'd be nice because they work with children. NOOOOO ure wrong! They are monsters. Hehe. Me getting emotional. Despite it being my 5th posting, I cried during tagging, like a 1st poster. *shhh*

ANAES
It was nice, but somehow i didn't enjoy it. I wouldnt mind staying as MO in anaes if it was more fun. Bosses seem nice, but I don't feel at home.So yeah, I decided to pursue something else altogether. They expected me to stay, but I opted out.

As to radiology, I chose radiology for a number of reasons.

After the 6 postings, I don't think any of it were my callings (except anaes, where I initially thought it was, and I still think it could be), so I thought maybe I'd try something that's totally new. I had radiology, pathology, forensics, ent, eye, skin. I thought why not radiology.

I'm going to like it. I'm going to work and learn really hard. I don't want to be ordinary.

I'm still surviving. Exhausted but I know there's nothing I can do. Jadi saya bertahan. Kadang-kadang rasa hairan kenapa sanggup macam ni. Sabar saja lah kan.

I'm so sick of my own life, if you can even consider it a life.

I wake up in the morning, I go to work, I work, I get scoldings (x1000), I go back home, cry myself to sleep and the whole thing repeat itself.

I may sound like some depressed emo girl, but I can't help it. Nobody seems to understand. Those who do, are probably going through more or less the same things. Maybe they can take it. I've decided I can't take it. But I'm putting on this brave face for everyone else. I'm not sure how long this will last. Maybe soon I'll break down.

I don't even know who I am anymore. I'm trying to build a fort within myself, keeping everything else on the other side. I keep telling myself, they cannot harm me. Noone can bring me down. But they are too STRONG for me. I LOSE EVERYTIME! I lost. They win. I have no strength to fight back. I'm tired of all these.

Everyone thinks I'm ok. I even fool myself at times thinking I'm OK. I tell myself, it'll be over and I'll be ok.

That's me. Settling with just OK. So everyone else can be happy. So everyone else can be proud of me. That's me being stupid. Because I know OK shouldn't be enough. If ok is all I can be, if ok is the best I can get, then I might as well disappear. That'd be ok too. OK for me.

I'm in O&G and I'm hating it. Everyday I'd wake up feeling so sad to go to work. I hate it so much. Kalau lah macam cerita CLICK i can fast forward this 4 months, alangkah bahagianya... I dont understand why everybody in O&G is the way they are. I know they're all trying to cover their own asses because O&G kan paling byk medicolegal... Hotel Nabell

I suddenly feel like writing again...

Things happened, some good, some not so good, but mostly life had been just OK i guess.

I went to Bandung a couple of weeks ago, takdelah shopping sangat. Just went there for memories sake. And I discovered this one new hotel, thanx to my bad luck actually. I actually booked 2 hotels earlier because they were both full on different days. Haish, susah, macam ni. We were in Bandung from 5th-10th aug. Hotel A was only available from 5th-7th and Hotel B only on 8th-10. But when my parents arrived (they arrived earlier) Hotel A did not have my booking!!Geram. But luckily for the night ada bilik, the next day my parents had to wait and wait and wait for their confirmation whether ada bilik or tidak. And sambil tunggu tu, they went jalan2. And di situ lah ternampak sebuah hotel baru yang sangat cantik....

Hotel Nabell. (Sorry takde gambar) I'll put up later ok. It's a very cozy hotel yang of course sangat baru and staff hotel ni sangat helpful melayan kerenah kitorang yang nak ini and nak itu. The rooms are vibrantly painted. Cantik.... Bersih... I have only praises for this hotel. :) Rates pun boleh tahan. Around RM80-120 semalam sahaja.

Next time kalau pergi Bandung nak duduk sini lagi....

"This is not a good omen," wrote Bild newspaper's online edition after the news of Paul's pick flashed across Germany.

The octopus has turned into an international celebrity after accurately picking the winner of all five German World Cup matches to date -- including their 1-0 loss to Serbia.

Two national networks interrupted their programing on Tuesday for live coverage of Paul's latest forecast, and groans of disappointment rang out across Germany after Paul went for a container with a morsel of food in it bearing the Spanish flag.

"We were all a little bit shocked when Paul picked Spain," said Tanja Munzig, a spokeswoman for Sea Life in Oberhausen. "To err is not only human -- animals can also make mistakes. Let's hope Paul got this one wrong."

The octopus, considered by some to be the most intelligent of all invertebrates, was again given the choice of picking food from two different transparent containers lowered into his tank -- one with a German flag on it and one with a Spanish.

The container Paul opens first is regarded as his pick for the match. Paul first put his tentacles around the German container before moving to his left to the Spanish box -- first opening the lid and then snatching the morsel of food inside.

Germans stunned by Paul's decision to pick Spain took consolation in the fact that Paul got one of his five picks wrong at the Euro in 2008. Oddly enough it also involved Spain: In the final Paul picked Germany over Spain. But Spain won 1-0.

It was Paul's only inaccurate pick of that tournament. He has never been wrong since and has an overall record of 9-1.

"Maybe Paul was just trying to give Spain a false sense of security," said Munzig, who said scores of journalists were at Sea Life to witness Paul's latest pick. Thousands of people have visited Sea Life to see Germany's newest celebrity.

Germany coach Joachim Loew admitted he will not wash a favorite blue sweater as long as his team keeps winning. Loew said he bowed to pressure from other coaching staff and players to keep wearing the sweater for their matches.

Every time Loew wore the blue V-neck sweater Germany scored four goals. "I am not even allowed to wash it now and I think I will wear it again (against Spain)," Loew said on Monday.

My call was horrible. It could be a good one, only 2 admissions. But I wasn't feeling well to start with, I planned to sleep that night, but 12am, I had to go escort a patient for ultrasound. Fine, no problem, but the o&g MO had to come 2 hours later! I waited until 2am. Gila. Patient pun nak rest jugak wey.Balik ward dah aroun 23o am, patient pulak SOB, restless had to refer to anest. Apa lagi kena intubate. Intubate satu hal, takde tempat nak ventilate hokeh!!

The anest MO ckp, "luckily there's 2 of you, can take turn lah bagging." Bagging sampai pagi. Pkl 530 bila my partner ganti aku bagging, I slept until 7am. I didn't care. I didn't review any of my patients. My teammates were super baik. Hehe.

I took EL today sebab sangat tak larat this morning. Now I'm better. Tomorrow back to work. :((

Hehe. Last week ke bila, hangat dikatakan tentang video Ariel Peterpan dengan Luna Maya and Cut Tari, I can only find snapshots of the video. Heh, bukan nak tengok pun. Nak tau aje if it's really them. But I don't know, bukan clear pun. It could be true. Whatever.

Let me get to it, back in Indonesia, I'm sure it's in the headlines for weeks. Silet, Insert, ape lagi ntah rancangan gossip yang dah tak terkira kat sana mesti buat special edition tentang ni. Dulu suka tengok gosip. Hehe. Now, mana ada masa.

Yes, of course they do.

But I sometimes get irritated by them. Ye lah, berubat taknak, tp dah sakit, masuk spital... Buat apa masuk spital kalau taknak makan ubat kan???

I'm enjoying being in the green team. My specialist is super nice and she's always reasonable. When she's angry, I know why and it's clear because of a mistake, she doesn't simply order you around and expect everything to be done in a short period of time. I'm happy I'm going to be in the team until end of the month.

Most times I have thousands of complains about my job. But whenever you get the slightest hint of appreciation, semua dissolve.

Macam hari tu, one patient with pontine infarct, one supposedly with very poor prognosis. Resuscitation status was discussed with the family but they were still undecided about it. So, one day, the man suddenly collapsed, we had to resuscitate lah kan. Masa tengah cpr and bagging, one of the MO's sekali lagi try explain to patient's family even if patient survived the ordeal, CPR would do more harm to him. He would be hooked up to machines to keep him breathing or alive. Still, family insisted for us to continue. I was the one bagging, while waiting for ventilator sbb we had to get one from ICU. I bagged for one hour. Tangan dah lenguh2. Dalam hati dah mencarut. Yes, jahat but the poor guy was suffering. But I kept at it. Then after the whole thing, die dah selamat connected to a ventilator, his daughter came up to me and said Thank you doctor. Thank you very much.

He passed away the very next day. I came to work as early as 6am and he was no longer there.

I would be as selfish when it comes to those I love. I understand the state of denial they're in. No one is really gone until they are. So, even the littlest sign of life, means there's still hope.

Imagine, if one day you are completely dependant. You have to have somebody feed you, bathe you, you can't even lift your arm. you can't talk. you only communicate with your eyes. Sooner or later, they will get tired of looking after you. You'll be lucky if they hire a maid to care for you. But even then, what type of care can you expect? 2 hourly turning? You'll get bed sores eventually. 3 hourly feeding? You'll be malnourished before you know it.

Life. What does it mean to you?

Another one of my patient, I was struck with sympathy from the very first day I was assigned to the team because he always had this ladybird bolster with him, which he always held close to him. I imagine it must be given to him by his grandson/daughter. It must have meant he had family. But the thing was I never saw anybody. I asked the nurses does anybody ever come? They used to come once a day, in the morning, but not anymore. He was somebody's father. How difficult is it for you to come say hello to your father? Heartbreaking. According to them, he used to answer when asked. But as time passes, he got more and more depressed. He gave blank stares when asked. I tried calling the sons to discuss care of the patient, one told me to call the other brother and the other one never answered my call. I wonder, what did he ever do to deserve all that? Or was it something he never did?

He died peacefully. He was found unresponsive by one of the nurses. I went to check and he was already gone. Sad way to go. But he has definitely gone to a better place.

Family is supposed to stick together. Take care of each other.

Dulu pernah nampak novel ni. Kalau tak salah Deja punya. Tak pernah baca. That was it.

Yesterday, I read about it in the newspaper, supposedly good. Pastu last night tengok trailer kat TV. Macam bes. I was never one to watch malay movies in cinema. Tapi Pisau Cukur wasn't that bad. Entertaining lah jugak kan. Since then rasa mungkin boleh bagi filem-filem Malaysia the benefit of the doubt (Not all though... Ada yang masih sama jugak...). Lagipun ada Lisa Surihani (suka dia sebab lembut), Farid Kamil (dulu pernah minat selepas tengok dia berlakon dengan erra, sekarang tak minat dah) and Fazura (walaupun tahu banyak cerita tak baik tentang dia, I still think she's quite good).

Esok masih cuti lagik. Mungkin boleh pergi tengok. Tengok lah macam mana activity yang dirancang oleh ibunda esok.

Lately, malam2 selalu mengigau. Tak tau kenapa. Mungkin penat sangat. Mengigau selalu macam tengah bekerja di hospital. Nak amek darah lah, kurang sodium lah. Lawak. Menjadi bahan ketawa adik2 di rumah sekarang.

I seriously didn't have time to blog. It's either I was too tired and chose to sleep, or simply not in the mood to blog. I now sleep at 7 every nite. Not every nite, but most nites lah. I'm always too tired. Kasihan kan. Work's ok now. Not complaining as much nowadays. But still the hours are crazy. I'm getting used to that of course, but I still wake up every day contemplating if I should take emergency leave so I could sleep in. I never did though. I'm skema like that. Hehe.

I don't think I've blogged about my tooth bothering me. Wani knows. I had it extracted last week, because the filling came off yet again. So I decided, wth, just cabut lah. The dentist gave me sick leave, because that was molar extraction ok. Gigi besar ok. And that was my first extraction! Tak pernah cabut gigi before this. I went to work because I thought I'll be ok. I felt fine in the morning. Then at around noon, I started having chills. Aku demam!!! Pening giler, drive home pun sambil menggigil. If only I had stayed home.

After sitting for 3 ortho exams, I passed the 3rd one. Alhamdulillah. I need one more pass.

It's good to sometimes feel appreciated. Even though I'm not smart, I don't do the right things, I'm trying my best. When people say thank you for just being there, I'm happy enough. But I'm sorry I couldn't do more.

Oklah, my thoughts are all jumbled up. I'm having flights of ideas. You know why? because I'm tired. It's 2 hours past my bedtime.

Into my 3rd week now. It's been tiring, it's been frustrating and most of all it's been eye opening. I'm not saying that I'm having regrets. I was the one who was so unwilling to give it up, so now I'll have to suck it up. Not saying much, but I'm wondering if it is all worth it? I hope it is.

For the first 2 weeks, I cried everyday. I was close to giving up, but I don't want to let anyone down. I told myself over and over that maybe it will get better. Maybe it's only a transition phase.

Since yesterday cakap pasal nak kaya, hari ni nak cakap pasal menabung lah pulak. Hehe. My little brother buat tabung yang ada one-way valve. So, tak bole lah nak korek tabung!!!

Yep, something like that. Die genius like that sebab die tau abang-abang n kakak die banyak tipu muslihat. Haha. Susah okeh. I tried and failed. Mestilah try depan die! Die nak test keberkesanan valve tu time tu. And I was pretty determined to prove it wouldn't work. Kalau sanggup korek sampai berdarah-darah jari okeh la.

Wah!! I wanna watch it! In 3D! Huuu... tiba-tiba semangat. Tapi lambat lagi lah nak keluar. 17 December. By that time dah banyak benda kena buat.

Brownies Nigella Lawson

Semalam buat brownies. Sedap. Gambar takde ye. =)

Tapi resipi saye nak share. Saya ambik from Recipezaar

Nigella Lawson Brownies
48 brownies

375 g soft unsalted butter
375 g best quality dark chocolate
6 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
500 g caster sugar
225 g plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
300 g chopped walnuts

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Line your approximatley 33 x 23 x 5 1/2cm brownie pan with foil or baking paper.
Melt the butter and chocolate together in a large heavy based saucepan.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla.
Measure the flour into another bowl and add the salt.
When the chocolate mixture has melted, let it cool a bit before beating in the eggs and sugar mixture, and then the nuts and flour.
Beat to combine and then scrape out of the saucepan into the lined brownie pan.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
When its's ready, the top should be dried to a paler brown speckle, but the middle still dark and dense and gooey.
Keep checking the brownies as they cook; remember that they will continue to cook as they cool.

Hari ni terbangun quite early. 8am. Awal lah tu. Bangun sendiri pulak tu. Takde orang kejut tau. Hehe. Kecoh bangun pukul 8. Tak ingat kenapa boleh terbangun.

Mak ada banyaaaakkkk plan untuk hari ni, awalnye taknak ikut sebab takut penat (+malas lah jugak), tapi bila fikir2 balik, baik ikut je lah. Nanti bosan kat rumah badmood lagik. Around 10 kuar pegi bank dulu then jemput bapak pegi lunch. My brothers joined us for lunch. Makan kat Chillipeppers. Ini saya makan. Kenyang tak terkata.

After lunch, mak had some school business to attend to, saya ikut saja, temankan. Lepas tu, cuba teka kitorang pegi mana??? Hehe pegi potong rambut! I finally chopped my hair. Adeh, dah masuk, dah decide nak potong, tapi rasa macam tak sure nak potong ke tak. Sayanggg... Tapi mak kata, nanti panjang balik. So, potong je lah. Memang kena potong pun sebab setiap hari sampai nak juling mata carik split ends.

Lama tau nak tunggu panjang ni je! Babai hair...

Sekarang pendek sikit. *sigH* Cepat lah panjang balik. Hehe... Lepas potong rambut, pegi kedai sebelah buat facial pulak. Ni tengah merah2 muka lah ni. 2 jam berehat2 sambil dibelai. Sungguh bes. Mak tidor nyenyak!!! Tiba-tiba, dah pukul 5, baru siap muka. Huuu sedangkan urusan ada lagi satu. Mak nak pegi ambik surat kat ofis tapi dah pukul 5! Dah tutup. So kecewa, balik rumah, sampai-sampai dah pukul 6pm.

Bahan diblend:
Bawang merah

Cara memasak:
1. Perapkan ayam dengan bahan-bahan yang telah diblend.
2. Masukkan dalam kuali, tak perlu letak air, air dari ayam saja dah cukup! Garam secukup rasa.
3. Setelah ayam masak, masukkan daun pucuk ubi and pucuk paku.
4. Tutup sekejap sampai daun-daun tu lembut.

Korang mesti dah tengok kan cerita Perfume: The Story of a Murderer? Movie ni dah lama, based on the novel by Patrick Suskind. Time tengok cerita ni, teringat dengan 'minyak dagu'. Sape tak pernah dengar??

Movie ni buat teringat ngan local beliefs of minyak dagu / minyak perindu / minyak pengasih.

This so-called minyak pengasih asalnya dari Thailand. It is said, the oil is extracted from the chin of dead women. To do this, they dig up the fresh graves, burn the chin and let the oil drip into a bottle. Scary kan?? I've heard different versions, ada yang kata paling bagus kalo perempuan tu mati bersalin, ada yang kata better kalau anak dara...

Kenapa kena buat benda-benda terkutuk macam ni? Entahlah.... Ada cara senang, buat benda-benda berdosa macam ni. Treat ladies with respect regardless of her look, background and qualities. Dari dulu lagi ada hobby suka nengok pompuan cantik. I know, I know, saya pompuan, saya straight. Tapi kenapa suka tengok pompuan. Kalau yang cantik, mesti aku stalk, usha-usha facebook (kalo dulu friendster la kan) dia everyday; tengok kalau-kalau ada gambar baru.

Baru tengok Grey's Anatomy Season 6 Episode 6 - I Saw What I Saw...

The (not so) hidden message sangat simple and I think it's one yang memang sangat common orang buat. Just one simple step. You miss it and it could cost someone their life. And your job. Dalam episode ni, a new doctor (from Mercy West) didn't actually forget to check the patient's airway, cuma masa dia check tu, she got distracted by another patient menyebabkan die tak perasan.

Baru je sambung balik tengok grey's anatomy, and setelah 2 bulan cuti, I find it scary tebngok orang darah-darah dalam cerita tu. Baru dalam cerita je. Adeh. Macam mana ni?

Jom layan gambar. This is my 2nd graduation, the 1st masa abes 4th year dulu. Tapi kalau nak kira sumpah dokter tu jugak jadi 3 la ek. I'm just glad semua dah lepas. Masa nak g dewan tu hari tu, aku, ezee and feela cam malas2, takde semangat nak g. Haaa amek pkl 1 camtu, time nak gerak pegi dewan hujan lebat! Dahla teksi lambat.... Masuk dewan je dengan basah kuyup... hehehe...

Walaupun awalnye tak semangat, tapi kitorang lah yang balik paling last. Camwhore cam tak ingat dunia. Sedangkan dah ade plan nak jalan2 shopping lagi malam tu. Kesimpulan, event tu best lah jugak... Saya bagi 4 bintang.

Malam pertama tu, we went to a nearby mall (dekat hutan ada mall), and masa nak carik entrance tu, we had to go mcm ke carpark yg kat lower ground. Gelap giler... Tiba-tiba pulak ada one of my cousins, jalan sama-sama. Dah time nak masuk carpark tu, tiba-tiba ada suara, "Ann... Ann...." Aku tanye la kazen aku ni, tu mak aku ke?? Pastu die ckp, eh tadi mak ko kan kat belakang. Tengok2, memang pon kat belakang. So, ape lagi kitorang lari lah.... Sampai villa tadi, mak ade kat rumah, tengah masak2 kat dapur, boleh tengok dari luar tingkap je.... Time nak pegi depan villa tu, tiba2 ade nenek macam nenek kebayan dalam cite Puteri Gunung Ledang tu kat situ. Die baru je nak tegur aku time adik aku kejut aku cakap bapak aku ajak pegi breakfast.... So tu je lah... Tak seram kan? Tapi dalam mimpi tu aku rasa cam seram giler, sampai time bangun je rasa stress....

Huwaaa!!! rasa cam nak nangis je.... Baru je search gambo nenek ni, seram! tak caya leh try google images. dahla tengah sorang2 kat dalam bilik ni. Ni je la gamba yang sempat diclick. Tak berani nak tengok gambar lain.... hehehe.... Dasar penakut betul laaa....

Sedih sangat sebab senin ni nak kena pegi Bandung lagi. Pelik tapi benar... Pelik la sebab balik ni nak convo, tapi sedih bukan sebab lepas ni da takde dah balik2 Bandung lagi. Sedih sebab nak tinggalkan rumah jap. Hehehe... Ngade2 tul...

Sedih jugak sebab rindu. :((

Tapi maybe kalau balik Bandung for one last time ni ok jugak kan. I need to get away. Cuti kejap dari jadik pembantu rumah ni. Balik ke 'kampung halaman'. hihihi. Oi oi... tu sarkastik ye. Bukan betul-betul orang sane.

Bukan komplen (sikit laa), tapi sementara menganggur ni, secara terpaksa mengasah bakat jadi suri rumah. Tak boleh kot. Sebab sangat-sangat tak suka jaga kain. Masukkan dalam mesin ok, tapi part nak sidai, part nak angkat jemuran, part nak lipat, part nak setrika... Haduh... Memang tak suka! Dari dolu2 lagi...

Ye, saya cuti 3 hari nanti ye.

It's another movie adapted from Nicholas Sparks's novel of the same name. I've never read his books. Dah lama jugak tak membaca. (Ceh, hari tu semangat suroh orang jadikan membaca satu amalan). I will be going back to Bandung on the 23rd for my graduation. Malas. Sampai Bandung malam, 24th graduation then pagi 25th balik. See? Malas betul dah ni.

Musim SPM ni, seperti musim PMR yang lalu, saya menugaskan diri sendiri untuk check laman web Mr. Andrew Choo for exam tips. Biasanya dia update setiap hari untuk paper keesokan hari. Dia ada panel yang buat soalan ramalan (bukan soalan bocor ye!). Boleh tahan jugak, banyak soalan dia target betul2 keluar. Especially kalau beli mail order or pergi seminar dia. Itu usaha jugak kan? Tapi of course yang paling penting belajar semua. Sebab seterer2 orang meramal soalan, mana ada 100% keluar semua kan? Tu lain pulak namanya. Tu sebab dia update the day before, supaya budak-budak belajar dulu. Ceh...

Selain buatkan breakfast pagi2 dan lunch dan dinner, itu saja saya boleh buat. Hehe... Nak tolong ajarkan, adik aku lagi terer. Semua ilmu (dulu ada la sikit) dah lupa!!
